Not sure how 1 in4 works but I'm guessing that it's 4x39/3 so 52 hours a week. 8 hours 40 minutes a day over 6 days. I have no experience of Wellington though so stand to be corrected.
Thanks our union. Guy thinks we can go from 1in 5 to 1 in 4 with the shorter seeking week
