Profile login?

Anyone else having problems logging in to their Profile?

I used to select Profile from the left hand column here, but that left hand column is no more:

I did get an email yesterday from Recruitment saying 'your job alerts for Royal Mail Group job opportunities have expired as they have not been modified for a long period of time' but this is untrue as I modified them a few days ago. Something's up though because when I did, it was a different method of filters, i.e. just keywords rather than based on distance from specified postcode. So now I'm getting some duplicate alerts from both systems.

That same email from Recruitment goes on 'If you wish to continue receiving these alerts you will need to re-register on our careers page'
but the link provided takes me to a page I haven't seen before

where it won't accept my registered Profile email/password login. It wants a 'RoyalMail Windows Logon ID', but don't know what that is and the help message says 'This logon page must only be used by Royal Mail employees who have a Royal Mail Windows PC logon ...'

I'm not an employee but have have applied for another postman vacancy and I'm keen to check the status but can't!

I noticed the left hand panel has disappeared, it might be device specific , e.g. if you are using a mobile or tablet.

A way to get logged on to your profile is try to Apply for any job, when you click the “Apply” button you will be redirected to login , and that will get you so you can see your profile and Job Management tab.

Thanks so much! It worked! Logged in successfully and not rejected yet for interviews. On same device I always use btw, desktop. Thanks again.

UPDATE: The normal Profile login (in the left column of jobs page) has returned, so seems like it was a temporary glitch.
