Crude, classless joke that wasn't funny; though I hardly think it's sackable stuff. I very much doubt anything will come of this.

Unfortunately the RM use of social media policy contradicts this.
Use of own equipment in own time is covered.
If the person identifies as a RM employee (and how else did the complainant know to contact RM?) then they have breached the policy.

"I didn't think" sums it all up.

if RM checked my FB, Twitter etc I would probably be scaked everyday for s**t I post on there.
none of it is about RM, if it was that serious the police would investigate it and maybe do something about it.

everyone on this site and FCC on FB would probably get the sack over things we have all said on those sites.

it really is a snowflake society we live in now, which is a real shame as Banter will die out which will take away a lot of enjoyment from the job.

Hope you get it sorted OP and that we can all get back to our lives without threat of the sack for something we say in private to someone else.

You have to tread VERY carefully these days when it comes to utd fans... now that they're team is so s**t it's made them all incredibly thin skinned, bitter and humourless.

I don't even talk to people about the job anymore. It's not just you and what you say on social media. It's also what other people can repeat on their own social media.
