Last week at WTLL the WAM explained one to one meetings were going to take place imminently.
I asked if these meetings were related to the recent agreement,as the managers briefing pack had stated "Have one-to-one conversations" , but I was told no.
Has anyone else had or been invited to attend one of these meetings recently ?

One-to-One meetings
one to one meetings have always been an option for managers but they are not compulsory. If you don't want to have one you don't have to attend.
