i've only quickly browsed through posts on this thread and it's quite easy to see how RM walk all over the workers, some seem hell bent on conflict with anyone if they don't agree, and not just keyboard warriors.
i did vote no against the CWU's recommendations but i'd still sooner be in a union because while ever our knees can hold our legs straight isn't it better to stand as one regardless of which part of the company we work for, people vote on their own beliefs and nobody should ever get abuse if they differ from others ( unless it's a tory

)
RM will love it if they read this thread and generalise as the norm amongst all as they know they can inflict even more pain on us.

Is the 5% based on just basic pay. Not RRIS or delivery supplement.

Not 100% sure think its around £10-50 an hr sun around £13-50 and supplement is £9

Does this mean the my bundle website figures will be updated 30th April too. I see no reason why the figures available to spend could of not been updated straight away after the Yes vote as we are earning the new hourly rate even if we have not been paid it yet. It amazes me why I was penalised in February when trying to order a new car because of the minimum wage increase in April but now i know i can get the car i want i cant because they have no idea of the pay increase at my bundle. Therefore you can not view the cars available with the increased pay scale. i have very personal reasons why this has caused a big problem

Is it just your basic pay that is backdated? Didnt get anything for OT/scheduled by the look of it. I'm on 20 hr contract but work my day off

What is the story with the Annual Leave and overtime back pay in Northern Ireland? I'm personally owed about £10,000 for 10 years of half annual leave pay and over time pay!
