The incident happened just after 8am
A main road in Tewkesbury is partially blocked in both directions after a Royal Mail van was involved in a collision with a cyclist outside a school.
Traffic on Ashchurch Road is very slow due the accident, which happened at the junction of Elmbury Drive near to Tewkesbury School.
The cyclist, a man in his mid-30s, was involved in a collision with the van but has not sustained any injuries during the incident.
Police are on the scene of the incident, which happened shortly after 8am.
There has also been a serious collision involving a cyclist in Stroud with a major road in the area being close for some time as a result of the incident.
