The CWU have published on the Union website (Letters to Branches) all the shennanigans leading up to the Court Injunction which banned the proposed 48 hour strikes. Contains some 40 - 50 A4 pages of reading.

intresting reading, i have to agree with the comment by an union offical that employers always leave injunctions to the last minute as the know they will in the main be granted pendings a full hearing. To me this is an abuse of the civil law and should be prevented by act of parliament, but i can't see this socialist Liebour gov doing it!
