days once the uso has been done away with but royal mail will out strip mail centres of staff and fill with casuals on ad hoc basis when volumes are high or still use zero hr contratcs or staff that are willing to hang around waiting for phone to ring thats my view on the future might not happen for a few yrs yet but thats royal mails intention they did bring the subject of the uso up in parliment a few months back so the government know its hampering the big investors that want big profits on thier money invested and we know that some politcians had a fair share of the cake when we got sold off at a crazy price so they have added interest in making thier bucks too
