Hello.
I applied for three jobs as a postman with driving, I got rejection emails for two of them and the status on the career opportunities site now says 'candidate pooling' and 'app review - not shortlisted'. The other one I attended an interview for 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. The status on the career opportunties site says 'Sch Interview - 1st stage'?
Any idea what this means?

Sch Interview - 1st stage?
It’s normal for the other applications to be rejected once you interview for a position. Happened to me. Royal Mail recruitment are notorious for taking an age to update the status. Just sit tight and hopefully you should hear back soon.

So I didn't get the job but got an email saying I've been placed on the waiting list.
I applied for a job in the same delivery office using the link in the email and got rejected for not completing the online tests.
