There were always three choices. Why is making one of the three any more pathetic than the other two?
I would say given how poor the other two options were not voting probably comes out as the most sensible.

To be honest its not the No voters that are disappointing me on this thread. Its the people who think its okay to make personal attacks on people with opposing views, and those making stupid uniformed comments such as

When if they had read the agreement they would see that the changes are going to impact MCs just as much.

Royal Mail said they are changing the culture within Management, looks like OPGs need to do the same.

Flaming great £600 back pay , it's okay we can forget about the 20k were losing from our pension pot

Sadly that was always going to be the case, probably why it dragged on for so long so people just focussed on arrears of pay rather than the bigger picture. We will back here soon I can foresee that happening, too late then.

Yes worktotime ,the main reason I voted no was the pension.To me it was the most important issue in the ballot for me.Obviously others would have voted no for their own reasons,but whatever my reasons,the fact remains only 6,000 of the workforce voted no.The mail centre I previously worked in was closed due to industrial relations,as we were a very militant office,and we were forced to move to another much smaller office,15 miles away,but I should not really have to justify myself to you!
