And with no union we would be deep in s### with no shovel, you could wave goodbye to any PBS payments DS your sick pay would be no where near as good the pension would be far worse when you got wronged by the management you would be on your own. Our union has got a good deal and 90% of us voted for it, pay your subs and enjoy the benefits of job security and good terms and conditions.
so much this ^^^^^ people are so blind to see that with NO union our terms would be far worse than what people are moaning about right now. Wake up people.

right now if we had no union -

Your hourly rate would be LESS
Your would have LESS holiday
Sick pay ???
Pension ... youd be begging for the updated one we have now
Finishing early, ever ??? maybe, but your pay would stop the moment you clock off
Workloads would be longer, cutting off ? i dont think so ... "well you better talk to my union rep"...oh
Look at offices where the are weak union reps on these boards, the amount of bullying that goes on. It wouldnt be better without the good ones too.

Are things perfect right now ? no, but theres a world where things would be a whole lot worse.

And ps if you do give up youre union fees - youre welcome.
