As a part time member of staff (28.3 hours) should I still get my rotating Day off ? I've been with royal mail for almost a year and 9 times out of 10 it's a Tuesday off. I don't have my own duty either
Cheers in advance

Rotating Day Off
Every DO seems to work their own system but they don't have to give you a rotating day off however you are entitled to the same amount of Saturdays off as a walk holder (that's 1 in 6 at our place) but not necessarily in any sequence.
Generally they like to give reserves Tuesdays off as being a lighter/shorter day it's easier to cover any absence and they save money, it may be worth having a word with your union rep to see if they can help out.
