Depends on how long you've beeen working for RM.
I think new starters don't get it for a year.
After that it's 6 months full pay then it goes down to half pay for 6 months.
Can someone confirm this.

yes thats right full pay after 12 months service then its full for 6 months and 1/2 for the other 6 months not sure what happens the i think its down the road
being paid sick pay is dependant on you keeping your appointments with EHS if you fail to attend pay is stopped and the conduct code crap is started
