They'd probably be delayed due to the inability of RM management to allocate resources to clear last weeks backlog promptly.

Just bring it home, fill it out in your own time with no rushing or w#nkey eyes on you, then post it back yourselves.

Any regular RMCer who states they HAD to do it in work time while their boss looked over them will have their email and IP address and internet profile and various cookie things sold to Putin!

Your DOM should not be a DOM in RM or anywhere else!

We have been told if not enough surveys are returned from our office then we will not get results back for our individual DO. There has to be a minimum of ten surveys returned from our office to receive results/feedback. Apparently if surveys are not returned then RM presumes that the office concerned is not a happy one and there are problems that need to be remedied.

It is not RM policy for DOMs to look over peoples shoulders or actively watch as Postie's fill in the survey. Any DOMs who feel this is a healthy activity should be reprimanded.

Is filling in the survey optional ? Apart from being told not to use it as a "yapfest" and being watched by a manager as we fill them in, Our dom is chasing people around the office telling anyone who hasn't yet filled it in, it must be done asap.
R they getting a bonus or something if entire office fills it in ?

Completion of the survey is not mandatory although we would highly encourage all employees to take the opportunity to give their view.

As this is a work-related survey, employees have been allocated time at work (during their WTLL) to complete the survey, rather than expecting employees to fill in their survey at home in their own time. This process of completing the surveys at work is standard practice in many companies.

Surveys should not have been handed back to managers without being sealed in the pre-paid/pre-addressed envelope. Managers should collect the sealed packs and return them in bulk via recorded delivery to Ipsos MORI (ideally using the bags that they arrived in). If employees specifically wish to, they can take the survey home and complete it and then return it in the post in the pre-paid and pre-addressed envelope direct to Ipsos MORI.

We ask people to take part in the survey so that they can share their views in a fair and consistent way, we also give people the opportunity to do this in a confidential environment. The survey gives people the chance to say what they want without being concerned about people finding out what they individually said. Also, only by surveying everyone in RMG will we get an overall view of what people think and be able to respond to that at a corporate level.
