K66yla... Im not voting... WHY? Coz on a straight RTU RM issue and terminate 90% of the time...

Now your best bet is not to jump the gun but... Get all info surrounding your H7B case and mark everything down and get any paperwork in triplicate...

Make sure your local Rep is upto date and keep on at any rep that will listen... Go as far as Tony Rupar... CWU legal Dept..... Get your back covered and all your issues in hand... BEFORE your RTU date..... Stick it in now with area rep....

It cant hurt... But they will tell you to go thru internal procedures first...

Ok do this but have your H&B case to back you all the time... RM will try and seperate them but hang onj in there as your stage 2... (NO APPEAL) is in doubt and just this... Even if RM wont look into your Stage 2 again.. Will come up in future if a case for wrongfull dismissal comes up.>>?

Then your H&B case WILL BE VALID....

Just dont let them lose your facts of the stage 2 and sweep it under the carpet as they do.,....

GOOD LUCK K66YLA AND I HOPE YOU BEAT THE FECKERS!!! :lfo :cfo

NEVER LET THE BASTARDS GRIND US DOWN!!!! :wave :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause

PS U KNOW SOMETHING....? YOUR GONNA BE THAT 10% THAT GETS THERE JOB BACK!!!! :Applause

Thanks for your support, I will let you know how I get on tomorrow. Luckily our DOM is ok and I'm sure I will get a fair hearing.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I wanted to bite more than my tongue at my RTU's

More like the screws nose off... :evil/mad

The ATTENDANCE PROCEDURE & H&B system is faulty and the CWU agreed with the way forward that brought in the agreement... Keggie then... hayes now....

Who next??? I for one dont want a career man/woman in the hot seat... I want someone thats cares.. Like people off of this site...

But you know wot they say... "NEVER LET THE BASTARDS GRIND US DOWN."

out :wave

Good News

Post by Stormproof »

My DOM decided not to issue the Stage 3, he felt I had valid reasons for being absent from work, apart from 3 days of food poisoning (a dodgy catbab) back in June. He made it clear that I should'nt go sick again for at least 6 months, unless its follow ups to the present hospital treatment I'm receiving. My union rep defended my case well. Hopefully I won't have to go through that ever again. Thanks again for all your support.
