Scotland gets Jan 2nd but doesn't get Good Friday which is ironic given that we're taking about NI. Maybe that's why they signed the agreement on Good Friday, so you chancers wouldn't try for number 11.

Actually Scotland gets 9, it's just England & Wales that get 8. And Scotland does get Good Friday, it's Easter Monday we're not getting.

We do get the 12th as a bank holiday but the 13th is a non delivery day and a days holiday is forfeited, I think RM would like to see us back to work on the 13th.
We normally go in to sort on the 13th for a few hours to get a head start on the following day, this can be taken as overtime or half day annual leave.
