In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Royal Mail plc announces that it has been advised that Moya Greene has been appointed to the Boards of Rio Tinto Plc (Rio:London) listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and Rio Tinto Limited (ASX:RIO), as a Non-Executive Director. Moya will join the Rio Tinto board in the second half of 2018.

She obviously hasn't been allocated enough lapsing if she still has time left in her duty to do a part-time job as well.

Well now that she has almost completed the Slash & Burn of Royal Mail that Cameron brought her in for
she will spend less hours at RM i certainly hope her wages drop pro-rata (that will be shining bright)).
Next move will probably be back to Canada given that Rio Tinto is so big there, well sorted with a big
pay off and shockingly big pension from RM.

distinguished career in the Canadian civil service, culminating with her serving as Assistant Deputy Minister for
