Apart from Summer when it drops slightly most Delivery Offices have loads of overtime available. But as with most things Royal Mail its all down to the local situation and local managers.

Congratulation in starting how long did it take for you to first hear back from royal mail as I am 6 weeks awaiting now after first doing the online test.

Thank you so much for the message back. It just says online test complete or something along them lines I did the test back on the 12th Jan 2018 and it still hasn't changed.
