Is there anything in the agreement about family friendly hours for parents that pick up kids from school?

This really needs to be cleared up before a vote.

Looking at that, for some MCs any mech that arrives on them last arrivals will end up going straight to manual

Remember this is the new product the later acceptance times which is the last arrival. The model assumes that it takes 90 minutes to process and than the stem time from the Mail Centre to the Delivery Office than start times will be 60 mins from your arrival of wave 2 and 90 minutes back for those capped at 30 minutes.

Space I think your find the direction of travel for inward staff will be later finishes on night to ensue that this connects.

Dream on. There's no scope for inward going out later as the outward (2C) has to be processed. The only way it'll happen is if 2C goes back to being a 12:00/13:00 dispatch

Space the growth of revenue is in the LAT , the number of York’s which will be on the later arrivals will be increasing ! You really don’t think Royal Mail will not move start times for nights later ? Dream on

Not all MCs have got the room to have the inward and outward (2C) set up at the same time. With the 2C having to all be done by 10:00, the inward has to be gone in time. Anything comes in too late LAT or not will fail, it's as simple as that. If you think that every MC can keep processing the inward later then dream on

Dingo is right as despatches to NDC and hubs will be going out later and coming back to mail centres later
It's a knock on effect
