Nice curtains,nice shirt,nice guitar solo......
Shame about the Bullshit.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I've watched it and I'm scared they honestly believe its only about the 2.5% pay rise. Are the people that run this business so out of touch that they are not listening to the work force. They want us to accept team working ( 5 to 6 duties(WITH NO O/T PAY)) later starts (loss of allowances) all attached to a pay rise significantly less than inflation.
OY - AL AND ADAM WOULD YOU ACCEPT A PAY CUT FOR MORE WORK
ps if it did not have the strings I would have to think hard about voting YES for IA, but with these strings it was an easy choice.

Re: Allan Leighton & Adam Crozier Video's
Right, I have just watched these, both of them, what crap. I have been there, done that and got the bloodied 'T' shirt.
I have heard it all before. The only difference this time is that they are threatening the pensions.
May e of Crozier got paid what he is worth it would save some money, but basically the problem lies as it does with most if not all of the problems in this country, with the government.
Yes you will never make up any any losses to your pay by going on strike, you can not afford to strike but may be it has now come to the point where you can not afford not to strilke.
I called into my old office last week, the first time for months, many had already gone, but what a demoralised lot there was there.
As regards service, who is that is shutting the post offices, who is that is making you deliver their mail while their share holders cream of the money.
Finally just lookm who posted this post, for it does not really matter to me now, I have been gone a good while.
The management can not be believed anymore and to honest I would not trust them if I still worked for RM.
The best to you all

God help us all !!

Hmmm, Crozier is sat right near a fire exit...must be his escape route once "we get a strike".
Customers have already left because they let them go, they didn't plan for the competition and are blaming it on us now.
A huge amount of money? £800. Sorry mate I'd rather have my shift allowance (£600 a year) and my DTD (£1500-ish)
From what he's saying about not negotiating with the union; do they WANT a strike? So they can let the business slide even further down?
Hooray, they're going to invest in the business? Now? Why not during SDD?
A whole new set of challenges? Yes, get your marketing department working harder :P
All those other companies who've been through change? We're a mail distributor, not a builder's yard! (hmmm..sometimes....)

sincere BS
omg i think we've just had our pensions threatend by a bald man in a pink shirt ?
Just watched ,,most , of the 2 video's ,( felt too sick to manage more than 2 minutes of lil adam ,)
Nice to be told by two millionaires that im overpaid , pity their abilities dont match their arrogance .
There can be only one way to move onwards , vote , YES , and hopefully this pair of , out of touch bullying tyrants , will see their chance of cleaning up , off our backs vanish ,and will move on to plunder some other poor company .
VOTE YES , after all , slavery is now unlawful ,,(isnt it ???? )

BULSHITE VIDIOS
Just watched the as mentioned above & have a few comments. 1 Leighton is correct we do need change. CHANGE AT THE TOP. 2 HE MENTIONED DINOSAURS, well if he is not over 2 million years old he feckin shoud be. 3. V.R. HE FORGET TO MENTION that before anybody could get v.r. the unit you work in has to save the hours before you are intitled to it. 4 Once again both crettens seem to be blaming the cwu for thier failings. DO THEY REALY THINK THAT WE ARE ALL DUMB, BRAINLESS MORONS. VICTORY WILL BE OURS. ONWARDS & UPWARDS

Nice try boys..............
But I think your both completely incompetant , so I voted [/b]YES ! Hopefully, a massive YES vote will not only
win us a better deal than the cheapskate one your offering, but will help the government decide whether it's in everyone's best
interests not to have the useless pair of you continually derailing this industry of OURS , not yours , OURS !
