Can anyone tell me if your sickness record has any bearing on being accepted for a transfer?
For example if you're on a stage , or indeed , if you are off sick at the time of applying for a transfer?

Hi yes you're sick record and conduct is very important in being accepted at the office you apply to.the best advice would be to wait till your sick record is clear of any stage.i wouldn't personally apply for a transfer if I was on a stage one or two.i doubt anyone would be accepted on a stage two.i was accepted for a transfer many years ago.no warnings in force.might be best to check with hr.hope this helps
