a massive yes in support the agreement
they have got be f***ing kidding
well seeing they are not on the front line w*****s
cwu have conceded on every aspect they were fighting against.....
LMFAO..
Going back to the start i picture 1 man standing up for his rites in the workplace then 1 of his workmates stands with him and so on until it got to big that people had to be employed to run the "Onion" hense our £2.22 a week. These grease balls at the top of OUR Onion are just YES men now.
How many rm staff are part of the "Onion" 110000 employed ruffly so say 50%=55000×£2.22=£12000 per week ×52 = over 6mill
Fk it i will represent us for 3 mill

Is it so hard nearly 18 months to sort this out and they come back with this pish
First stop b&h priority
Keep hrs same till automation happens if ever
Inflation pay rise next few yrs
We have all pulled or weight and made the profit for this GREAT BRITISH company LOL
Pensions stay same for all people in the business
New entrants goes on new pension
Stop paying stupid dividends till pensions pot sorts itself out
When automation starts then we fight for reduction in hours etc
18 months the negotiation team comes up with this.
They should hand back there wages in shame for they 18 months

The part of MTSF affected by the proposed changes are Early Voluntary Retirement with enhanced pension and IHR with pension. These are obviously pension benefits so no pension: no benefit.
It's what's known in negotiation circles as "collateral damage". Let's not talk about it...shhhh.

Thats a fact is it?dingo wrote:Because they are no longer going to.daveyeff wrote:they never mentioned the agreement with RM about attacking the MTSF 'augmented benefits' payments.
Well it says different on page 12, Higher up's have been talking about the MTSF going well before the four pilliars was even dreamt up, it's been on the table for ages and for you and any other senior rep to say that it hasn't or that in your words Because they are no longer going to is disingenuous to say the least.
And he will say yes the MTSF is still in place, because guess what it still is, but not for long , they are waiting till this pile of pish gets voted in.
