Later finish times, no mention of the growing problem of skeletal injuries, sustained over the last seven years or so due to increasing workloads.
For me it's a NO.

No I am not happy with the proposed deal.

Far too many things not addressed properly in my view.

I can only speak for myself but pay increase was way down my list of things that I would like to see sorted out. Six months down the line this proposed agreement will go exactly the same way as every other agreement - either totally ignored or abused.

Big fat No from me. Finish late enough already. Still being screwed in our pension. Pay rise overdue by a year still works out below inflation. Hour less a week (if it ever happens as its dependent on trials and different working methods) just means we do same work in less time.

Anyone saying yes? I fear it's the best we're gonna get. Every big company shafts it's employees in this day and age. As a consumer we all want cheaper things, be it food, beer, holidays, cars ....whatever. To compete and keep business afloat (and said employees in a job) said business has to make cuts and lean up. Every business is doing it. It's life. If this deal isn't acceptable by the workforce an improved deal if there is one will benefit employees in the short term but long term, royal mail will go out of business. Do you think you're improved pension will be paid then? Wake up people, smell the coffee and watch the news. GL all.

There turning out massive profits every yr

Every business has to make cuts
Yip we've been doing it for years nearly down to a Skelton staff in most offices now and most are nearly at breaking point .

P.s every company's are different some respect there workforce

Don't see any doing pensions at NRA 67 yet

P.s I don't think it's the best were going to get.

For me personally i need more guarantees on the amount of pension i will receive when i retire. So i can plan ahead. We need to know how much we will get! Be it a lot or not alot this is our retirement we are planning for.

I think it's a very poor deal.80% of people voted for strike action , R/M crying and bombarding us with begging letters please vote no and that is the best the union can do.No mention of bullying, harassment, unacheavable workloads,P/T ers holiday pay related to hours actually worked or increases in contracted hours.

Sorry but it's really not good enough and a no from me.

no from me at 1st I thought it was ok but looking closer at the pension its really dodgy..dont think its a shite deal but its not a good deal either in my opinion..even if I wanted to work until 67 my body wont last and even if it did id probably get bullied into quitting because I was too slow for the job.

the more I read the agreement the more everything seems to be on royal mails terms as the loss of hours all revolve round new delivery models , later finishes , data capture , so nothing is set in stone , and what about the b&h , manageable workloads as this agreement will make matters a lot worse for delivery staff , so its a NO from me .
