What puzzles me and also seemed to stump my line manager during our WTL session is this...
They harp on about working ALL the hours we're paid for. So we work 40 hours a week, I've no prblem with that. But in the same breath they bleat on about annualised hours, banking them for heavier periods during the year. Exactly what hours will they be banking when we're working our full 40 hours every week?

it's one of the many contradictions in the agreement agreed between the chuckle brothers and laurel and hardy and typed by stevie wonder. just vote no.
in our office it is a 10-15 out start delivery at 10-30 so even on a tuesday it is 1-00 at least when we finish so there is no chance when the mail is heavy of being flexable and taking part of anyone else's delivery.
despite all the sh-t they come out with they cant make you deliver for more than 3.5hours for health and safety,plus they cant make you work over your time.
