Just wanted to introduce myself as I have been a member on RMC for a while but this is my first post.
I have been a postie for a long time but only transferred to a large DO about a year ago, having been based solely in rural SDPOs the rest of the time.
I guess I have been through a bit of a baptism of fire since transferring because I am back as a reserve. I still do mainly rurals but the rounds in a 70 strong DO are monsterously large.
In the last year alone, I have never read so many posts on these forums that are almost word for word exactly as I have encountered in any given day at work. The big one of course, is going over, by at least 30 mins to an hour or more.
So, I may post more on the boards now that the Moira era has forced me to come forward and stand up against this unsustainable management style.
Anyway, nice to be part of RMC which is almost a movement in itself alongside the union which I am also a member of.

Hi everyone
Belated welcome mate.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
