In my office we get one in 6 off , the union rep doesn’t want to change , we’ve moved merged with another office which do 9 day fourtnights but according to the Dom we can’t switch over

This was always the problem with local agreements but national agreements are easier to police and make adherence more common the more Saturdays off was a bogus claim at best in the event it has offices which have different term's than others but RM want 1 in 6 as it is easier to cover as it is only one day and most of them will not be Saturday!
