I feel and i dont know if anyothers do feel the same..?? That some on here are being driven down the RM bullshite route and being bothered more about RM being upset with them and not having a fair shout and rant.... Now If thats to much for some people then as ive always said TELL ME IF IM OUT OF ORDER AND WE WILL TALK IT OVER LIKE ADULTS... And yes that will include a few swear words so grow up...

I feel also the mood of this site has dropped as More GHOST SCREWS come on here and make arguments just for the sake... But this is something i feel we all can object to by the best way we can... IGNORE THEM... The people just to antagonise and piss others off is wrong... Wrong even if its the majority...

Lets have a site where piss taking and laughs is self govened and not BIG BROTHER like RM watch and we crawl up into a ball and worry about them doing us for free speech... IT WORKS BOTH WAYS DOES FREE SPEECH....

Thats wot the crybabies forget when they come on and moan that people attack them when they know full well that most on here are Militant and strong minded... Its like they stoke the fire and moan about the flames burning them... Be realistic... We all want a better service in our jobs and a better current wage with all the good strings attatched we had when we started the job... PENSIONS.. TIME OFF WHEN NEEDED.. realistic workloads.. and managers that could be spoken to and acted as humans n not robots driven by DOMS or SOMS n Upper Management....

Thanks for the rant i feel better now..

Im just waiting for the avalanch of comments on me being rude or being a bully....

If so i will chat nicely and put my point across as they should...

OUT :wave :lfo :cfo
L Tommo,

You make some good points here.

It is right that should should be able to vent your thoughts and dissatisfaction with your management without any fear of repercussions. This board is here for people to express opinions and I am amazed that the RM Management don't support it. I am surprisedthat some bright spark has not decided that derisive thoughts during work time is a breech of disciplinary code!!! Your "rants" here take place in your own time and are therefore SFA to do with RM management.

I also agree with your comments on Free speech and that this is a two way thing.

With regards to people winding up situations I think that this is a valid accusation that can probably be aimed at both side of a discussion.

People do have differing opinions situations - and in some cases through discussion these differences can be resolved - or at least the other side can apppreciate why an opinion is held.

Sometimes however it may be better to agree to disagree - rather than resorting to insults and abuse.

I have to say guys and gals that Although tommo, as always makes a true and valid point as only tommo can,i do get a bit fed up sometimes when someone vents an opinion not shared by the masses and all of a sudden there are a barrage of one word "colourful" posts and insults..that is not discussion...that is ABUSE! plain and simple..we all moan about being abused by doms and the such and here we are lowering ourselves to thier level..Free speech is a wonderful thing and this website is a godsend for information, discussing differences of opinion and as the boy tommo said..just letting off steam and having a good barney..(rather here than in the office..)but mindless name calling gets Boring and juvenile and imho is BELOW!! every person on this site..( strike breakers, screws and trolls excluded)so come on people..heads held high..shoulders back and lets all have an adult f***ing CONVERSATION!!!!
if you aint payin..the mails stayin!!!

This would be an example of trolling. Just the type of posting designed to annoy people:

Managers food and drink
You guys expect more money for doing extra work.

If the managers and non strikers are attempting to provide a service to the customer then obviously they deserve some sort of bonus.

They should get more money as well.

IWW,

It depends in what context it was posted.

As you have reposted it 3 or four times it obviously hit a nerve.

When you consider it rationally it is not controversial.

Workers were expected to carry out more than their basic tasks and hence could justifyably could expect a "bonus".

If workers on a general basis do more it seems realistic that they both expect and get more - or do you disagree?

If I just wanted to "troll" then surley I would just post a line of comments/abuse without taking the time to discuss or consider points.

This is not the case.

IWW it is you, not me that resorts to the one line abuse tack(first).

I am happy to finish that now - either dont throw one line abuse and replace it with a decent response(which I know you can do - as on accasions you have) or dont respond at all.

We are both capable of throwing abuse - but let's avoid it.

If I wanted to troll I would do a somewhat better job - oh yes and I would run through a proxy

Pensions

At the end of the day if the new T&C's are so bad then why don't you guys go and get another job?

Simple - jobs elsewhere would be paying minimum wage without a pension at all!!!

And the world did gaze, in deep amaze, at those fearless men, but few
Who bore the fight that freedom's light might shine through the foggy dew

and in their greatest hour they considered the situation and said:

True Blue Terrier -Good point.

Look at the heavily unionised indstries of old - ship building, car manufacture, bike manufacture, coal mining - Industrial action and an unwillingness to modernise killed them all!!

This moaning prick has no idea whatsoever about this job, but comes on here telling us to get another job if we don't like it, telling us strike breakers should be paid more (the Quisling s**t) and that we refuse to modernise! What a bell end he is! :wave
