Nope. Our DOM spotted about seventy Yorks full of unsorted Xmas cards in the MC that serves our office recently. Apparently they are cards/letters that could not be read by the sorting machines.

In addition one of my customers stopped me in the street yesterday and told me she was waiting for 50 to 60 letters and they had not arrived in the post. I told her about the above Yorks in the MC and that we do not have any backlog of mail in our DO. So maybe there is 'ordinary' letters being held up from before Xmas in the MCs as well ?

What is happening to this company? Its just a complete shambles,as long as they save money they dont give a toss about the customer.An utter disgrace.
