Tatt before talent you only have to look at the top down structure and it's regimented belligerent management system must have moulds for them somewhere mouldy management would be an apt term for them!

Our manager gave us a thankyou, then he ruined it by saying the mail volumes including packets was down on last year. Everyone lost interest after that.
