Part Timers Christmas Bonus Criteria

Ok the Ex-IWM Christmas £100 criteria has changed this year. If a part time has had their contract extended via and ECR change for at least two out of the Christmas weeks they will receive the full Christmas £100 linked to this element of the Christmas bonus.

The other £100 which is the productivity payment arising out of the Colleague share issue. The criteria is that a part timer will be paid the Christmas bonus which is the hourage that they worked in the week leading up to Black Friday ie last week.

So it should be payed around the 22nd I assume

A bit late in the day to change the criteria don't you think? People may have work a few hours more overtime if they had been informed

I work 39 hours a week but only have 20 hour contract will I still get full bonus?

From the documents POSTMAN posted - if they are still valid for this year (or this year's documents follow the same criteria), my
thoughts (and what I'm basing my expectations on) are:

RM Christmas Bonus - No

CWU Underpinning Payment (topup) - possibly - depends on how long you've been working 39 hours.
