I suppose he can always ask "Why", but do you bother giving him a reason? You can't be forced to work over your contracted hours, but I know a lot of DOMs try and Bully their staff into doing it. :no no If you feel underpressure I suppose you could just tell him you've got an appointment? Where do you draw the line though? I expect he might then ask to see proof! :crazy:
