Mon- Fri working week.Start time 4.30 to 1230.Basic wage Â£360pw plus shift allowance.D2D to be prepacked in large envelopes and payment of 2p minimum per item.Extra 2 days holiday entitlement, after 5 years service.Abolishment of recorded delivery items.And replaced by Gold star 24hr special delivery, and silver star 48 hr special delivery.Attendance bonus scheme 0f Â£25 petrol vouchers,or shopping vouchers for every 6 months full attendance.Every employee to donate 50p 0r Â£1.00 per week from wages, this going each month to various charities.We would collectively be giving a minimum of Â£65000 per month to various charities.Royal mail top dogs ,to provide each office with a christmas works meal.Floaters/sweepers employed to cover holidays, sickness ect.

I read somewhere that a mon/fri operation (sun/thurs for nights) would cost us in the region of 30,000 jobs, taking every duty that covers days/nights off out. Now i know there is probably this many people that want to leave the job but 30,000 redundancies don't think they will use MTSF for that do you.

THIS UNION FROM HQ down,, standing up & SAYING NO to this shite house deal and getting someone voted on to broker a deal we all wont mind....

IE... STRINGS CUT FROM D2D's AND BOUNUSES/ WORKLOADS... PENSIONS TOPPED UP AND A FINISH TO NEW ENTRANTS CLAIMING ON OLD.... AN ABOVE INFLATION WAGE RISE IN LINE WITH THE BONUSES OF RM MANAGERS AND TOP BRASS.... THEN... A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD ON DUTIES AND TIMES OF ATTENTDANCE.... IE Not forced times....

Then these two :cfo :lfo getting the boot from the goverment with our help and the General public Lobbying goverment started by Trade Unions across the counrtys....

Oh and the ANTI UNION LAWS BREACHED AND SO CALLED LABOUR MP'S THAT STOOD FOR UNIONISM IN THE PAST BACKING US NOW AND RIPPING DOWN OLD OPRESSIVE LAWS..

KK mate.... I think if we go into a meet only asking for a pint of piss we will only get half a pint of piss....

ITS STILL PISS DONT MATTER HOW MUCH IT IS....

SO I ASK FOR WAY ABOVE THE NORM OR WHAT THEY OFFER AND CREATE A DEAL OUT OF THAT... Now i know we aint all gonna be happy but IF the majority are then Bobs ya uncle....... Now billy n dave getting a 9-5 for a YES VOTE is just bollox.. You cant hang a man on that vote alone and how can Billy n dave recomend when such a close call is in the pec.... The FIVE stood up anb said NO.... Because of there morals and the thought that to agree to a deal that hasnt moved much at all is giving up... The nice nine people want this to end with the deal RM offer... WHY??? Do they realise the impact this deal will have or dont they care??? Now im not saying BRIBES where made but with our last few top bods i wouldnt be surprised one bit..... Im wonder what nice cushy job billy will have in a few months/years.??? when we have enough of his so called DEALS????

NEGOTIATE OUT OF A STRENGTH NOT A WEAKNESS... WE HAD RM WHERE WE WANTED THEM... The goverment stepped in and Billy n dave agreed to a cease fire and a blanket ban on news... RM LARFED IN OUR FACES!!!! c***s!!!!
