I keep getting loaned to offices and it takes me at least 35 minutes longer to drive home.

You should ask your manager to pay you petrol costs.
If for example, you travel 5 miles per day from home to your office and retur and have to travel 10 miles per day to the new office if you are loaned, you are intitled to get 5 miles x 0,45 pence per mile per day, as RM has to pay you for the extra 5 miles you travel every day to the office you are loaned to.

You should start at one office or you could be breaking the law by driving regulations as you could pass out by doing the hours you suggest but some scumbag manager will argue the case but it's your licence and maybe not if you keep doing these hours!

Below has been taken from the actual agreement. In my unit we would pay for excess travel and fuel costs. Your unit should have a local agreement to cover movement of staff.

Enabler - Working in nearby offices - Areas will identify and agree with the CWU locally an approach (which could include the use of Volunteers and Reserves) to working in nearby offices within employees’ contracted hours which will include travel times and appropriate travel and subsistence arrangements. Considerations and Suggested Activities

Design and agree a fair approach for people to work in nearby offices. This approach should then be shared at area level so that an area plan can be agreed and put in place that deals with foreseen and unforeseen requirements. Weekly resourcing meetings should be used to identify any foreseen requirements. All training and travel requirements should be included in the agreed plan. Agreement and/or Deployment Date (if applicable) Review Date and/or Status (Red/Amber/ Green) Establish and agree an approach/process for working in nearby offices (including training). Jointly review to ensure arrangements are robust and fair

Should the manager refuse to pay then you would raise a grievance and the local rep should register disagreement.
