Hi everyone here is my timeline is this last step normally this long a wait ?
Aug 15th applied for job
Aug 21st interview date given
Sept 4th Interview
Sept 11th failed interview but given three months to apply
Oct 9th applied second job
Oct 19th successful with second job so completed security check process
I'm now still waiting for a reply, is this normal to wait this long after the security check. I did email them on the link provided but haven't received a reply.

At the moment they are processing the Christmas Casual Recruitment (around 20,000) and from September to December that tends to slow down the normal recruitment process. So no, it's not an unusual length of time to wait, and it's not unusual that recruitment hasn't replied.
Check your page daily, and check your spam folder but don't despair yet there is plenty of time.

I'm also waiting on checking etc.. it's been a week so far. Not worried though as I know recruitment of casual staff is undergoing. Hope you hear soon. Best of luck.

Finally got a reply and an offer of a job, I have my welcome day on the 18/12/2017 and my start day is the 19th december. I think it might be a busy week
So over all since the second job offer it has taken eight weeks to get a start date.
