Trouble with Labour right now is not so much sexual misconduct, it's perceived anti Semetic and the tardiness in dealing with it, Corbyn is a anti Israeli and pro Palestine, he turned down a dinner invite with the Israeli government.
Of course being anti the Israeli government is often conflated with anti-Semitism but that's just a nonsense. It's like saying of you are hostile to the gov't of Robert Mugabe you're a rascist or if hostile to Trump's administration you're anti-American.

It's laughable how many comments on here start along the lines of "this isn't about one party or individual" and then blatantly dive straight into making it about one party or individual.

There are so many smokescreens deliberately being thrown up to protect certain individuals from proper jail time and one of those is party politics, the other more insidious is to dilute the issue by taking it to hysterical, ridiculous levels and dissecting every interaction to try to find some form of inappropriate behaviour. This form of smokescreen has been used before and is being driven by those with most to hide. At the bottom of this festering pile of predictable public schoolboy inadequacy are genuine sexual assaults and rapes and chances are if the smokescreens work these people will get away with it.

Sadly that's true.

That is kind of inevitable when people are so intransigent in their political persuasion. Unfortunately in that respect politics has become akin to the tribalism that is associated with football, where rationality or reason is disregarded for unswerving loyalties to political idealogy. The top trumps of 'your MP behaved worse than ours' that i mentioned earlier has become standard response to such situations. That said it is only TMAN who appears to do this and no-one really takes him seriously, and I s'pose at a push you could argue NWpostie, that said he is definitely, in no way, in any shape or form, absolutely, no way, no never, guaranteed, no siree, how very dare you, a voter of the blue persuasion. (just joking NW :Very Happy )

Your second point is really depressing, politicking about such issue's to such an extent is pretty sinister by those not directly involved, but you'd be pretty naive to not think this a distinct possibility. There is an element of the 'story of the week' about the issue though, scraping the bottom of the barrel for non-stories, the time to really address this issue (have I said issue enough yet?) was when the POTUS stood for election last year, arguabally.

The saga continues with Carl Sergeant Welsh Labour has committed suicide after being sacked by Welsh Assembly First Minister Jones Welsh Labour without telling him the nature of the allegations.

Since the OP decided to slag off a Tory Individual, this case has now spread to Labour with tragic consequences.

There is a lot of political hypocrisy going on.

Possibly, but certainly not in every case.
In the wider context of the Middle East and it's on-going problems many groups and countries who are "anti-Israel" believe that Israel should be scorched from the face of the Earth, while I've never heard Trump's or Mugabe's critics say they desire the same for the US or Zimbabwe.

Yes, but that then get applied in an imbecile manner to those who merely point out the sheer hypocrisy and inhumanity of the Israeli state with regard to the Palestinians.

Whatever that's supposed to mean?
Being pro-Palestinian (and by definition, anti-Israeli) has been every student and Left-winger's cause celebre for decades, but some/most grow up to realise neither "side" is entirely blameless or culpable, and that the whole tragic situation is far too politically complex for outsiders to make simplistic judgement calls as to who may be "right" or not.
Only the politically-naïve or the placard-wavers (like the idiot Corbyn) try to make personal capital out of the situation in the Middle East, and his on-going support for groups such as Hamas show the level of the idiot's understanding.
Then again, today is the thirtieth anniversary of the Inniskillen Poppy Day atrocity carried out by the IRA, another terrorist group "supported" by Corbyn, Abbott and MacDonnell, so we probably can't really expect much else from the old fool.
