Anyone know if one may need to ask for compassionate leave in case of partner having to terminate pregnancy in late stage due to
serious abnormality , what one can ask for ?

Sorry to hear your sad news. I think your manager can authorize 2 days on full pay or a week unpaid, at this time of yr, it'll depend on how compassionate your Dom is. If no luck, go off sick with stress, main thing is you need to be with your wife now. Atb. Take care of each other.
