From what I've heard it's all part of the new RM staff management techniques as originally devised by the CIA and Mossad. It's called "beat them till there blue and they'll do whatever you want them to."

One of our managers. Jumped up little twit who looks like he should still be in secondary school came in one day last year with a black eye or one that was about to develop into one.

He said he got it as somebody elbowed him accidentally. Bull crap we thought, as he pissed off that many people demanding they do extra and moan if they said they couldn't do all the delivery.

I wouldn't have put it past someone to lamp him one. :dance
