thanks for the answer so in our office we could have a repick on seniority then adjust dutys for people with a dda. :thumbup

No the office as a whole cannot decide that. Each case should be treated individually on its own merits.

But if that is the best method to meet the requirements of the law and reasonable adjustments for the identified person, then yes. It should be based on the requirements of the condition and what is reasonable.

It's not something that colleagues can decide on because of the medical and personal information and opinions which you aren't allowed access to.
