Having told billy hayes what i thought of him by e-mail i had a reply back to-day. As i dont know how to put the thing on to the site i will quote what he said. " As a vote will soon be held on the pay deal we will see if the other members share your opinion. I believe a simple comparison between what rm offered and what we have achieved vindicates us completely" So there you have it. I can ony assume i have seen a different offer to him because as far as i can see it's the f***ing same as what rm were after in the first place.

same deal

have to say jafferpants, your not far wrong mate, I told my area rep that i am disgusted by how this whole campaign has been run.

No1. What union agrees to suspend action if the offenders talk to them...........DUH..THIS ONE

No2. What union tells its members nothing of the talks for days and leaves them hanging......DUH. THIS ONE

No3. What union comes to a proposed agreement and suspends action once again then takes over a weektobe , able to agree with rm what the agreements going to be...DUH. THIS ONE

No 4. What union agrees to even put a s**t offer to its men, simply because of their dithering around and no chance of most of its members taking more industrial action. When in reality if we had kept action going first time round and kept them on the run we would have won much more... DUH.. ONCE AGAIN THIS ONE

I personally think whoever gave the assurance that Industrial Action would stop if we got round the table should definetely lose their job.. That is the biggest flaw in our whole campaign, this company knew we would not get the same support for a second round and totally played the union, and yes once again I am talking about THIS ONE

:nana :nana :nana

Just need to add this bit, I would still never scab, and although I think someone fcuked up I still think the union as a whole will be needed to keep this lot at bay. Now more than ever we need to learn from our mistakes and when they come back looking for more, we have to be stronger than ever.

Remember the bean adverts.............DONT TALK....EAT

This is the thing that worries me,we are going to end up in a civil war, fighting each other,RM know that and Hayes/Ward & The PEC know it as well,i feel very let down,i dare say i am not the only looking very closely at my union card in one hand and a pair of scissors in the other hand.......proberly wont do that, but it does make me wonder why i gave up all that money striking.

I feel sorry for my local reps and other local reps, they must be getting loads of members venting their spleens at them.

As my username says,i am very.........DISHEARTENED

Nice 1 Tenpole would be brilliant if Sadam Crozier allowed that on his Plasma screens, some how I think not though :cfo .
