Well walk log to the rescue,'comfort break' is listed at the delivery office so all the drama for nothing,Manager can't do anything about it including the time it takes to drive to and from the office.After speaking again to the union they can't understand why he's pursuing it,simple answer is he doesn't like me because im not part of his brown nose brigade and refuse to be bullied.

It's not necessarily that. When line managers get desperate, they time everything thats not walk related. Meaning you should do everything quicker to give you more time walking. He wants to count your 'to and from office' as break time, just to get a few minutes more delivery out of you. Pathetic really.

Well good on you and stick to it your office is better than ours in the terms of Comfort Break as our's is set out in walk log's with out of date piss stops and other amenities never mind eating facility's then when is a meal relief not a meal relief.
