The attitudes of mankind will never change for most, as we in the most part, are an un-evolved species, and in a kind of stasis that we can only control for those who wish to be bettered.

The only thing that changes is technology, and the realisation that only the more mischievous of our peoples' are able to get away with the most outrageousness that is possible. It is also evident that the more this becomes the norm, the more it will be accepted as the norm.

I do sometimes wonder whether our human race is actually going backwards.

Let's have a new, new world order. Instead of Gordon Brown's new world order, let's instead award those who contribute real hours as we posties do instead of those who sit on their arses all day taking fug knows how many coffee breaks, and who contribute fug all to no one, but their own sorry selves!

POLITICIANS and union leaders are questioning just how two former Newcastle Airport bosses were able to negotiate bonuses totalling £8.5m.

The size of the payments to the airport’s former chief executive John Parkin, and former finance director Lars Friis, who died last year, has caused astonishment.

Nick Brown, Minister for the North East and MP for Newcastle East & Wallsend, said “I don’t understand how these arrangements were ever entered into.’’

Legal action is underway but calls for an outside inquiry are likely to fail because no public body is responsible for scrutiny of the airport, even though taxpayers have a 51% stake through the region’s councils."
