Although union can't say it I'm personally thinking of working to rule from November onwards. F*** em.
The union will be on that for sure but i am with you work to rule is our best weapon (if they use delay tactics) this company run on o/t, early starters, no break takers, it would fall apart if we worked to rule but that is so hard to get people to do the union reps have been banging on about early starters and no break takers for years with no effect.

Everyone would just post a little earlier, can't see that having much effect.
Be nice to have a long xmas, mind.

Scary times and De ja Vu I worked for the prison service in August 2009 and was Branch secretary when we Striked and the Ministry of Justice go an Injunction to return us to work in 6 hours. Shortly after that TULCRA got mooted and passed through and now that sector cant even go on strike, Basically removing the right to Collective Bargaining . I don't want to Bang on about Brexit and the like , but if this Tory Government stays in power the working class will have no rights what so ever.

The Unions hands are tied they cant be seen at this point to encourage anything that looks like Industrial Action and RM will do everything they can just to get Christmas out the way. Its up to all of us as individual workers to do what we know needs doing we backed our union with a 89% Vote now lets back ourselves with a 100% resolve to remove any goodwill paid or not.
