Fed up postie has listed them. Don't work off days, wally weeks, overtime, don't come in early. Easy for me to say probably, because I don't, not so easy for those who need o/t etc. to survive.

Most of that is unnecessary. Besides, a lot of people need the overtime. Simply put: you do the work you are doing properly; taking as long as it takes to do it properly. When finish time comes, you're standing at the sign out board, or you grab the overtime.
The fat cats at the top will continue smoking their fat cigars and eating at nice restaurants. There's little we can do about that. But the foot soldiers that are running the workforce down everyday - make em work! Everybody down your aisle that needs to leave it, swarm the lino together. Most of them are trained to wear you down one by one. So stick together.

Maybe if the union hadn't signed up to this ridiculous no strike deal in the first place we wouldn't be in this position .

Now that Royal Mail have got their injunction let's see how quick they are to get round of he table with the CWU and use the mediation process they have spoken about so often.
This will not end the threat of strike action just delay it, and staff resentment will only increase.
After 18 months with no pay rise and all the stuff they are trying to implement pensions/pipeline bullying etc a lot of meaningful talks need to take place over the next few weeks.
Also it's time our CEO stepped up to the mark and attends the talks so real progress can be made .
Time will tell.

They already have the away goal. They could park the bus.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Was it a goal on the counter attack or a horrific own goal?
