The major problem with that scenario is that the first hour is just too tight, even if their magical machines can sequence everything. Therefore we are likely to be pressured into being out until 6pm and beyond... !
Dingo has clearly stated a few times finish time that RM was looking 17:00 is now down to 15:30.?

What do you mean by " I thought I was being clever?" Do you always presume concealed sleights in simply stated facts? I'll say it again, my office already finishes at 3.15pm two days a week. If other offices which clearly finish much earlier than this, as evidenced by regular posters on this site, are to be pushed back to 3.30pm then I find it difficult to believe that we will only get shoved back a further 15mins. Satisfied?

I'm only quoting what dingo said about 17:00 finish times now back to 15:30 so RM wanted 17:00 finish times but union have pushed them back hopefully you will keep what you have now.

It's going to depend on if the pipeline gets moved back a couple of hours. If it does then the mail going from the MCs to the DOs will likely in practice be three hours later arriving in DOs as it'll likely catch the traffic everywhere. If RM do insist on no sequencing occurring until 95% of the mail is available to sequence then you can probably add at least 3 hours onto that as well (and if it's a busy day then expect an increase in the amount of un-sequenced where there won't be the time to run any left-overs)
