Agenda for growth - section 5.4 "external mediation"

Post by fishtank »

The law is not unemotional because the law is interpreted by a human. One who has had his/her ear bent at various private parties, meetings and high society functions by the supposedly great and the good all wearing the same tie. If you think we're walking into a level playing field on Monday you're very wrong.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

It would invalidate the agreement yes and if a judge says otherwise then he/she is obviously in the pocket of RM.
As I pointed out on a previous thread, the law is unemotional, it decides on legislation drawn up by parliament, which the court interprets the will of parliament.
If it worked as cleanly as that there would never be a successful appeal. In anything.

There's loads.
