C'mon then you postie bashers, let's hear how we are dinosaurs and we've just dug our own graves and we don't know how good we have it and we should've been grateful to just have a job.

It's an enormous Yes vote and endorsement of the union, the union has outmanoeuvred Royal Mail at every junction. In contrast the Royal Mail senior management are so out of touch to think they could walk all over their staff with the most appalling terms & conditions without a care in the world whilst coining it in.
If this were a football team management set up they would be fired now!

All they have to do is inform Royal Mail 2 weeks in advance of any strike action, and what type it is, and how long for.

They can give the 2 weeks notice at any time within 6 months of the ballot IIRC.

Well as they are changing all of them and I didn't take them for granted we haven't lost anything.

The "type" can only be a strike as that was what was on the ballot papers. Action short of a strike has had no ballot.
