The average wage stat is joke and you know it...

Well, some of us are on above £25000 a year and some on £30000.

The thing is there are many people on a lot less than £20000 with additional benefits; and we all know that. That information will soon be in the public domain.

Furthermore, workers are rarely ever united in the way norm is saying; so public sector workers with pay freezes will automatically support us when we are getting 1.5% and they are getting nothing - dream on!

Wait till the Sun, The Mail and Telegraph get into us...

The problem with these interviews there is time delay as Dave was in the ITV studio in Millbank. Dave has really raised the dispute too the TUC and Labour Party.

Imagine when we do go out on strike that the leader of the labour and the Labour Front Bench who come out and officially support us now that has never happened during my time before.

That should dispel any lingering doubts over whether Corbyn is one of the most naïve political tw*ts to ever walk God's earth, should it ever happen.
The leader of the official Opposition should be urging conciliation and a rapid end to a national dispute rather than showing support for any strike, as has always been the case in the past. They don't do it for nurses and firemen, so WTF would they do it for RM, a now privatised company with share holders?
Where does he think he is, Venezuela?

That is dingo take on the situation; the reality will be different... Corbyn has changed and he is not so naive anymore. McDonnell has the license to spout rubbish but the real pressure is on Corbyn.

Will he come out definitely in support of a Royal Mail strike this close to Xmas - dream on!

He has enough problems with rebel MPs to add a dispute between back private company and its employees.

Interview aside, it will be a massive yes vote then what? Real negotiations; according to RM spokesman that came to our office, they have not actually started negotiations yet. It is a bit like Brexit - lots of talks and pre-negotiations and positioning.

Posties wanting a fight should be prepared for disappointment...

Well why have both Royal Mail and the Union released details about the negotiations, why did Royal Mail make an offer outside of the negotiations. Your RM spokesperson isn't being briefed correctly, or more likely he is spouting something from above to muddy the waters.

In military parlance I think they refer to it as a phony war.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

also. the fact that ''other'' workers are on a lot less than us, is NO justification whatsoever to say we are on good money....far from it. its cos we have a union that is prepared to fight for its workers and what they believe is decent and fair. ''other'' workers on piss poor pay, pensions, and conditions are on JUST that BECAUSE they have piss poor unions or none at all. rise up..vote YES.

Nobody actually reads news papers anymore!!!
It all social media and and online coms now. Just look at Corbyn and Momentum in the last election campaign. They just side stepped the main stream media and went direct to the electorate to get their message across.
