I did though stumble across the "Introducing Moya" one dated 17th March 2011 in which she assures us that "our people will be treated with absolute respect and dignity".

I had a look on "My Royal Mail" but couldn't find any RMTV since July.

It's with the censors as we speak, it will probably get banned as too graphic, it should be banned for being utter boloocks ,don't watch, you'll give yourself nightmares for years. Unless you are an utter sadist of course.banner wrote:Is it possible to see video this elsewhere?

Initially she came across very defensive when being questioned and then later turned on this awful hand wringing sobbing performance of being totally devastated that the union wanted to fight RM. Thought she was about to break down in tears as she tried to make out that she cares about the company and it's staff. One thing I think that would really help us during IA is to have an organised march to her house. Take the fight right to her front door so to speak. That would really put the jitters up the bosses as none of them would want to be next to find a load of angry postmen marching in their town/village.

Funny how they used to upload the RMTV WTL videos a few days later- On demand as they said. But stopped once they started the pleading propaganda ones! To embarrassed to show to the general public perhaps?Lounge Lizard wrote:I had a look on "My Royal Mail" but couldn't find any RMTV since July.![]()

RMTV has become even more of a joke since the summer, trying to ram propaganda down our throats every Tuesday.
Not only was this morning's broadcast another very drama queen one-sided story, just like other recent episodes, but as and when we start getting proper broadcast about training (as in what these 30min sessions are supposed to be about) most of us will be in "I'm not listening" mode every Tuesday for the foreseeable future.
It's got to the stage where all this "Vote no" garbage instantly makes me recall the Trainspotting tune, Choose Life!

When will they realise the very actions ( lapsing 2d scans collections on delivery just a few) they have imposed upon us all will speak louder than any words or tears could convey. This is war and they RM started it and we will end it on our terms always was the way and will be the way!

It was bad. The first mumblings started as she spoke. By the mid way point a few guys had broken down in tears. By the end we were all sobbing into our coffee's so devastated that we had caused this poor humble women so much distress in even thinking to vote yes. The video should come with a warning as some guys were scared for life. Tissues will also be required if the next one is the same.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Moya's Oscar winning performance
This video came too little, too late as I already voted.
What annoys me about Royal Mail LEADERSHIP is the fact that they want to steer us all headlong down an avenue which no one else in the company really wants to go. I understand that in business you must make tough decisions, but why all at once and why now?? Surely the senior management team at Royal Mail must be pondering over their strategy. The pensions crisis and knowing that our pensions when we come to retire to be a lot less would have been a terrible blow but that on its own probably wouldn't have been sufficient enough to anger most Royal Mail posties. What would is the constant barrage to informing us that mail is dwindling as some sort of excuse to make BIG changes within the company, reminding us that we are all well paid for what we do, possibly changing our shifts to work evenings and nights instead of mornings without being entirely clear about what FLEXIBILITY is and what we will be working like in future.
Royal Mail have just got it all wrong.

On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

After witnessing Moya's incredibly distasteful, sanctimonious, pathetic and deceitful performance today, never again will I consider the acting in Coronation Street to be utter s***e! (well, maybe....)
