There is a Scab in our office delivering packets for a courier company. What do you think I should do about it?, I'm very tempted to shop him.

Take photos and videos, record dates and times, get a DNA sample, ensure at least 20 independent witnesses, collect a signed and witnessed statement from the courier firm involved and of course take your DUM by the hand and physically show him whats going on otherwise nothing would get done

I would ask if he has disclosed he is working for another delivery company if he is a driver he wil have been asked to disclose work for any employer, When i started we were not allowed to work for the compation for at least a year.?

I cant grass... So the only thing i could do is... Ave a word with him EVEN THO I DONT TALK TO strike breakers. But then tell him if he is seen scabbing again, and found to be working elsewhere????

It might be time for his family to book a long holiday and life insurance for him.....

Of course you should grass him! Both to your manager, and his manager at the other company (they probably don't know he's moonlighting either). No doubt about it!

It'll certainly wipe the smirk off his face, when he looses BOTH his jobs.
