claretandblue wrote:"Facts" "truths" lies", it was like listening to Gideon Osborne during the referendum campaign with project fear, attacking the union for scaremongering over reserved rights allowances being taken away.
They are going to take them away with just TEN WEEKS up front payment promises on PAY PROTECTION GOING promises on PENSIONS BROKEN promises of A FAIR AND MANAGEABLE WORKLOAD BROKEN promises of a 75% FULLTIME TO 25% PARTIME RATIO BROKEN promises of ONE SATURDAY IN THREE OFF BROKEN! Too many BROKEN promises from ROYALMAIL I will be voting YES as no would be more broken promises!

if RM put as much time, effort and money into trying to settle the dispute, as they are in all their propaganda, with their constant NO mail and videos, it would have been settled amicably by now. wonder if all the money they are spending on this is coming out of the pension pot, because, according to Moya Greene, we're broke.

Did anybody else have the pleasure of witnessing such a wonderful performance on RMTV today? She almost had me believing those tears were real when saying the Union have said some awful things.

It was the poorest attempt at convincing anyone about anything I've ever seen, she came across as condescending and out of touch with reality. It was embarrassing for the business. I think the CWU must have someone on the inside of their PR department feeding them very bad advice.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

we got instructed to watch it this morning.....wtl..."is it about propaganda" we asked.....no reply so we carried on sorting mail.

then the stand in d.o.m gave us all an instruction to watch it........it was propaganda so most of us walked away or talked over the video.....the d.o.m kept shouting for us to listen,,,,,it didn't work.

my personnel opinion if our office is like most then a yes vote should be gained easily.
